Lululemon Athletica and NuMetrex have done something creepy: a heartbeat tank top aka a shirt that monitors heart rate, time spent being active, and calorie burn. The top is made of quick-dry nylon/Lycra, is infused with fabric sensors, and a pocket in the bra for a snap-in transmitter with the ability to translate data from a compatible watch or exercise machine.
